Flee! Seriously.... FLEE!! If it's not horrid service is additional fees and then fees on the fees and 'oh, that price was introductory only'.... absolutely rubbish value, absolutely taking advantage and gouging the life out of people who may have no other option. To my good fortune, I now do have alternatives so adios Xplore! ZERO stars!

This is the worst internet company by a longshot the actual speeds are not even close to the speeds being payed for if as so much as the wind blows it stops working constantly having to call to figure out why its not working this time. Its so crazy how they can push these horrible plans to people that just want reliable internet. its no wonder they change the name of this company every year or two More

A real shitty company, customer service is lacking respect, the billing is exaggerated, the network is worth 0 and when there is a breakdown they charge travel costs when you pay for a service at 5.95 to cover the costs, I never recommend this company

Always upselling, promising better speeds, its forever down, had a couple of technicians change up all my equipment and tell me it was to old to work! put in all xplornet equipment worked great for exactly two weeks, now I cant stream anything, have a hard time getting a stable connection, download speeds of 2kbs, on hold for hours just so the operator can tell us it because of the weather, This c More

Xplornet is expensive, when it crashes, it's for hours and in addition, it sniffs the internet connection. It really pisses me off that it's the only one available in my area for fiber optics.

This is the worst internet a person can own. They make it sound great and all but its not even close to good. Constantly losing internet connection everyday. They dont mention that it gets its signal from a tower that can be miles away from you. Ive had this internet for 2 months and lost connection once a day for hours after the 3rd day of installing it.
