Left us for one week without internet. Staff are disrespectful, hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation , extreme hold time and seems like no one knows how to do the job.

My daughter (grade 9) got phone bill this month, $586. Her cell plan was 20G data limit plan. Without notice she got 3.5G data over the limit (20G). Over 3.5G data Virgin Mobile Canada charged over $551, $15 /100 MB. I could not believe Virgin runs their business like this. Actually I even did not want give them any star!

This wifi network is awful. I strongly recommend not to use this service after switching to Virgin. I have had constant problems that even the tech guys can't even fix. I have had the service guy over to my home 3 times now to fix the same issue and it's not just me; even the service guy said he's been to tons of homes with the same issue.

Wife has had TERRIBLE accounting help in getting a problem solved, not to her accord. Numerous times has talked to customer service & so called nickel & dime supervisors. They acknowledge it's their problem but no success. Bell owns them. Recommend anyone else. They always apologize at end of phone call. Never mind ,with the money they got, they should put a credit on her account for the hrs. she has spent on phone with them.

I bitterly regret switching to them. 3 weeks to send me a SIM card. A week and a half to activate it and on top of that the connection is horrible. The customer service is completely useless. Virgin is a real cancer that I will get rid of.
