"Outage Messes Up Work Days"

Suffered an outage, took 32 hours for them to repair, messing up 2 days of work. ~4 updates over the whole time, only on their twitter, and it took them 8 hours to put up the first notice that they were having issues. Velkcom Shut Off Internet

I was with Velkcom for 3 or 4 years and when I was short in payment by about $15 during the heat of the pandemic they shut down my internet and when I paid them the remainder that day it took 4 days to get my Internet back cause they rely on Cogeco (their competitor) to hook me back up.
