Inadequate service. We change your package without notice. Speed more than too slow. You get chewed up by their service department and the bill is way too high compared to other providers. Can't wait for fiber with xplore net or star link...it's urgent

The prices have increased without telling us, the connection is very bad. I called Telebec threatening to leave, the internet connection after this call was really better. After 1 year, the connection became bad again...
