I'm a bad tempered old fart who doesn't like anything, especially change and especially change that involves technology....but I do like Purple Cow!! The set up was just like they said it would be. Easy. I have no complaints. Well done whippersnappers:-)

This has been the best internet experience I have had to date. The customer service is excellent. They are quick to respond to any questions. The modem arrived almost immediately to my door and all I had to do was plug it in and let them know. So simple!! The speed etc. is on par with the other companies that are charging double and making you bundle in a bunch of things you don't need or want. So happy I signed up!!

I switched from Bell to Purple Cow two months ago and couldn’t be happier! We had two storms and a hurricane in that time and I never lost service. Plus I get a better signal with the basic internet package than I ever did with Bell. And I love that I can text with questions at any time and always get a response. Purple Cow is the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick easy accessibility answer concerns/questions quickly iv had no problems my problem is mine went cheaper tv and wish would of went second option that I most likely will do. So no problem yet.
