Be careful about using this service - it is owned by Telus. I originally signed up because they claimed to have wider coverage in BC than Rogers. However their definition of "wider" means "roaming" which is VERY expensive. When I cancelled my account, they insisted on charging me for another 3 months - despite my not using their services. I dont know why that surprises me - It is Telus after all. Serves me right I suppose.

Very unhappy with the loyalty program. Non-existent with them. Once you change phone providers, they will call back constantly to get you back as a customer with a preferential rate. I had a phone plan with them and phone calls rarely worked. When I went into a store for help they were rude in person. Trying to go through there online system is a joke and it almost impossible to get a person on the phone to fix the issue

My first 2 weeks of being with koodo, I was charged $60. They have never adjusted it. You can never talk to a human. Now my phone will be suspended. Not everyone is computer savvy. I want this fixed

I've used Koodo/Telus through out Western Canada and currently live in Manitoba. I've had no major issues with any drop calls, data speed or issues with my account. Billing is easy to understand, I get some great deals on new phones when I need one, and I'm not locked into a contract, as I can pay off my Tab at any time.

I'm jumping ship ASAP.

My husband and I both were amazed by the service we got from Marmik switching to Koodo from Rogers. We got better service, better phones, better options at amazing price. Marmik knows everything so well, very knowledgeable and professional and kept offering all that Koodo could offer us that day. Great salesman. Thank you for making this an easy and great experience. Koodo is a very affordable service and I haven’t had any service area problems. My plan is around $20 per month for 100 minutes and a small amount of data. I have a referral code which gives you a $25 signup credit.
