I put my Toronto address at my sister's and my Quebec City credit card 4G LTE network works well with iphone, my credit card I was able to put Quebec City address and I ordered sim card on Amazon, I recommend

My contract just expired with Freedom and I will never be going back to them. Firstly, their service is terrible, anywhere north of the GTA, service diminishes significantly. Secondly, the trade-in program they have is terrible, and they would not allow me to return my old phone because I was changing providers. The retailers and customer service were no help at all.

THEY MESSED ME AROUND MORE THEN ONCE; WAS TOLD APPROVED FOR POST PAID THWEN NOW PREPAID NO ACCOUNT WAS SET UP FOR ME. MY OLD ACCOUNT WAS REMOVED CAUSE IT WAS TOO OLD. STILL SHOWED UP ON STORE SYSTEM.

Terrible response times for customer service, just bot responses and waiting over 20 mins just for someone to say hello, then if I responded within 5 mins it timed out and I had a new bot greeting me. No help at all. Plans are cheap and you get what you pay for. Service is bad even in large urban areas, not getting 5G in areas of the coverage map.
