Used Fizz within Quebec with no problem but when travelling in the USA with their US plan it is a lottery as some state may offer the service while other are not (Florida doesn’t work) In addition I had almost no reply from their support service except answers like : We are taking care of you… Be patient… We are looking at the problem … They answered me 1 week after a came back in Canada H More

They offered you a self service for your home internet but when you get your modem, you're not able to do it, and they want to charge you for something that isn't your fault, like the absence of coaxial socket to connect the modem.
