I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

They just don't have any customer service. Any time I have called them, I have been on hold for at least 30 minutes. The only time I received any attention as a customer was when I called to discontinue their service to our home.
